Is Cloudflare’s Premium SSL Protection compatible with domains configured for URL forwarding?

To utilize Cloudflare Premium SSL Protection, your domain must be associated with a Hosting Plan through us. Since a domain with a URL forward doesn't have hosting with register.domains, the certificate installation isn't possible in such instances.
